Defence: Ignoring human nature
The message is this: don’t be surprised that officers and soldiers in the military commit sexual offences if society doesn’t really believe in sexual morals anymore. In fact, disappointing as this is, you should expect more to come.
It’s the only logical conclusion.
Especially if the Army is intent on continuing with policies that actually encourage perverted sexual promiscuity and ignore the basic fundamentals of human nature.
