Why the Australian Defence Force is complicit in child abuse
This post doesn’t need many words.
The pictures tell the story.
The Chief of Army, General David Morrison, has given me 28 days to show cause why I should not be terminated from military service, primarily because I dared oppose ADF involvement in the Mardi Gras.
Well, I suggest the Chief of Army explain why he allows his uniformed soldiers to support an activity where children are exposed to indecency and utterly inappropriate sexual activity.
Is it because he is afraid of saying no to the homosexual community, whose values are clearly on display at the Mardi Gras? Or is it because he is happy to support the exposure of children to acts of sexual indecency?
Either way, I am not the one who has done the wrong thing.
Fact 1. Children attended the Mardi Gras
Fact 2. Children were exposed to indecency and explicit homosexual activity
Fact 3. Uniformed ADF personnel marched in full support of the Mardi Gras
Considering the Chief of Army today kindly sent me a print out of pretty much everything I have written on this webpage, I can only assume that he, like the Deputy Chief of Army, Lieutenant General Angus Campbell, is an avid reader.
I trust that isn’t to the detriment of more important things, like trying to win the war in Afghanistan. But what the hey, it’s nice to have an audience.
However, it would be good if he gave Australia an answer the above question. Why is it appropriate for the Army to support this sexually perverse event?
And I do so hope his response is not just more administrative action headed my way. That is not an answer. It is a cop out.
And the Chief of Army knows it.

I am not homophobic, but on any other day dressing in this manner (if you can call it dressing) would be considered perverse and indecent. But it’s ok for gays at Madi Gras which is a public event? the LGBTI community don’t help themselves by painting themselves as perverse at this event… but I guess they just don’t care… I would not take my children to madi gras but we have to as a community hold all citizens to account on what society considers acceptable.

Bad parenting and a gutless government who are dictated to by the very vocal minority groups, the silent majority are just as much to blame for their inaction. Personally I could care less what two consenting adults do in the privacy of their own homes, it is none of my business or that of any governments. However I will object when the gay activists try’s to tell me it’s normal behaviour and I should shut up an accept it. Perhaps the flag waving child in the photo is an adoptee of a same sex couple, says it all about raising a child in a healthy environment.

For a silent majority, you lot do plenty of whinging.

That’s “whingeing”, dropkick.

Is it now? You might wanna look that one up. It must be tiring to fight in so many losing battles at once 🙂

James, if the ADF wants to support LGBTI people, it would be appropriate to let them attend the parade in mufti – not in full uniform. That way the ADF honours their people, but doesn’t attract the condemnation that it rightly deserves through affirming the homosexual lifestyle.

I think that the Army should give you a bravery award Bernie! The ADF is complicit in affirming the sexualisation of our children. They rightly attract the condemnation of the nation!

hang on I’m confused – are you anti or pro Taliban?
June 3, 2013
You misunderstand. The intent is to support LGBT servicemen and servicewomen. Bad parenting can’t be helped.
Why did you aim your criticism at the ADF when you’re much better off aiming it at that child’s parents? Contact Child Protection Services, NOT the army.

Assigning a psychiatrist to deal with these perverts is the only way to help them. They’re mentally ill.

We shouldn’t have to approve of homosexual behaviour but insulting homosexuals isn’t right either. Responses like yours are why homosexuals fear people who criticise their behaviour. It sounds as though you would have them locked up in mental hospitals – that may not be what you mean, but that is what it sounds like. Homosexuals should be allowed to live the lifestyle they want to (leaving aside the issue of children and marriage). The participation of ADF personnel (as ADF personnel) in gay-pride parades (or any political parades for that matter) is not right though, the defence force should stay out of politics.

I was out of line calling them perverts. Most of them are good people who wouldn’t harm a fly. I do not want homosexuals to be locked up in mental hospitals, but I would like to see them treated with respect and given the care and understanding that they need to live long and healthy lives. Gays and lesbians need support while society adjusts to becoming more tolerant towards them. The compassionate thing would be to assign a social worker to each of them so that they can be monitored for signs of depression and risk taking behaviour. I suspect that mental illness is the cause of homosexuality, but it could just as easily be caused by genetics. Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of by the way. It’s no different to having a broken leg or chest infection. I think gays and lesbians should be allowed to marry.

The facts are undeniable. The Mardi Gras is both a promotion of and demonstration of perversity that in a sane world would be banned. The Army should be helping to lock these degenerates up, not encouraging them to further corrupt public morality.
