Another son!

Things might have been fairly quiet on this webpage over the last few weeks, but they certainly have not been quiet in the Gaynor household.

On 3 July, my wonderful wife and I welcomed a new son to the world. Michael Stanislaus is healthy and well and so is Elle. We are very lucky to now be the parents of six boys and one little princess.

Elle and I were very proud to welcome Michael Stanislaus to the world on 3 July, 2015.

In the midst of this small yet noisy revolution in the Gaynor household, I have also been very busy drafting a submission for the Senate inquiry into halal certification and food labelling. You can view my comprehensive 87 page report here and fill in a short form if you wish to add your name to it.

I also travelled to Sydney this week in order to prepare for a number of upcoming legal battles.

At this stage my case against the Chief of Defence Force is set to be heard by the Federal Court in August.

Just as importantly, on 4 September the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal will hold a preliminary hearing into the complaints lodged against me by serial litigant and homosexual activist, Gary Burns. This matter was originally set to be heard last month but due to the imminent arrival of our son I could not travel. However, this hearing follows my successful appeal earlier this year against a decision that Gary Burns’ complaints were not vexatious. The appeal panel overturned that decision and ordered a complete rehearing. This will be the first step in that process.

Thank you for your ongoing support, prayers and best wishes. They are all greatly appreciated, not only by me but my entire family.

God bless,

Bernard Gaynor
