Why was he hanging out with Man Haron Monis? From the Telegraph:
Meanwhile it has been revealed the Mufti rubbed shoulders with terrorist Man Monis during a visit to the Villawood detention centre, along with the leader of radical Islamic group Hizb ut-Tahrir.
The Daily Telegraph has obtained a photograph of Ibrahim Abu Mohammed next to Lindt cafe killer Monis.
It was taken in 2010, with Ismail Alwahwah, who called for a jihad against the Jews.
The photo is on the Telegraphs‘ website.
This is the same Grand Mufti who recommended a Hizb ut Tahrir supporting cleric be appointed to a key role in the Australian Defence Force.
